Beginner Circuit Exercise

Are you wanting to get into an exercise routine and don't know where to quite start? 

Here is a good circuit for you :)

We are trying something new to get everyone into the habit of exercise!  Try to do this routine at least 3 times a week.  This will take about 35 minutes.  Walk or jog in place in between each of these for 1 minute.
