July Squat Challenge!


I haven't done a challenge for everyone to do in forever.  This one is a little tough but split them up if you need to.  If you are an absolute beginner you are going to cut these reps in half.


We start tomorrow!  I'll post a daily check in on my Facebook page :)

Have no idea how to do a correct squat?  Here is a video for you with modifications.  I forgot to add your feet should be shoulder width apart.
